Rise Construction has over 20+ years of combined experience in the roofing and construction industry. Our process is simple, we start with a complimentary inspection looking for any issues or damage that might exist. We then work with the owner to decide the best action moving forward. We work with all insurance carriers and always work to get the best possible material installed.
Seve Carbajal
President and owner, Seve Carbajal, was born and raised in Arvada, CO. He still lives in Arvada with his wife, daughter, and son. Seve graduated from Faith Christian High School and went on to play baseball in college at Colorado Christian University. CCU is where he met his wife, and also received his undergraduate degree in communication and master’s degree in organizational leadership. In the summers of high school and college, Seve worked for his father and other contractors, doing painting, siding, and finish work. Immediately after receiving his master’s degree, Seve began working in the construction and roofing industry.
Seve Carbajal

Shane Evans
As a native Coloradoan, Shane Evans, grew up working in construction with his father remodeling basements and building decks in the Denver-Metro area. After graduating from Heritage High School in Littleton, Shane started working in the roofing industry to help pay for tuition at Colorado State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Shane has now worked in the roofing industry for over a decade, and lives in Arvada with his wife and young son.
Shane Evans

Arif Mansor
Arif grew up in Malaysia for most of his childhood. He now lives in Milliken with his wife. Arif came to the USA as an exchange student in high school and lived in Montana. He graduated from Colorado State University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration. Arif has been in the roofing industry for several years. He enjoys soccer and being active in his free time.
Arif Mansor
Arif grew up in Malaysia for most of his childhood. He now lives in Milliken with his wife. Arif came to the USA as an exchange student in high school and lived in Montana. He graduated from Colorado State University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration. Arif has been in the roofing industry for several years. He enjoys soccer and being active in his free time.
Kevin Evans
Kevin was born and raised in Oklahoma. After serving abroad in the Air Force, he moved to Colorado where he started learning the construction trades. Kevin married his wife and together they raised 5 children. Kevin resides in Littleton and has been an entrepreneur who loves growing in his faith, building businesses, and relationships that last. Kevin has been a licensed general contractor in the greater Denver metro area for decades. He now enjoys doing project management for Rise Construction and working with his son, Shane. Kevin currently has 7 grandchildren and more to be expected!

Cade McLeod
Cade McLeod, a Texan native born and raised, embodies the spirit of hard work and dedication. Having spent almost a decade in Denver, he has become a vital part of his community from serving at his local church to serving on the Project Management team here at Rise Construction. Cade's journey is a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and service. Being raised on the Gulf Coast, Cade learned the values of resilience and determination early on. His roots instilled in him a strong work ethic that has guided him throughout his life. As a proud husband and father, Cade is devoted to his family, with a loving wife and a young son who inspire him to strive for success in all aspects of his life.

After graduating from Faith Christian Academy in Arvada, CO, he entered the roofing industry and now brings several years of experience in thoroughly and successfully managing projects from start to finish. With a strong background in the trade, he consistently demonstrates dedication, discipline, and a relentless work ethic. Committed to a lasting career, Ben continues to advance both his education and professional journey in the roofing field.

His track record reflects excellence in organized leadership, operational efficiency, and a strong focus on customer service.

Joel Vlasin
Joel Vlasin, a Colorado native, grew up centered around sports but one stuck with him... Hockey! He played ice hockey through high school, then was drafted into the PIHA in 2005 and since then plays for the largest hockey charity Dawg Nation Hockey Foundation. Joel has always found automotive as a hobby as he loves off-roading and fast cars, so he spent his early work years in top of the industry shops and manufacturers working in outside sales helping build brands. Joel now resides in Erie where he is building a new family as he was married in 2022 and now has a new baby boy. Joel has several years working with Commercial and Residential properties ranging from Churches to Strip malls. Joel loves to serve and attends Lifegate Denver church and holds himself to an elevated standard in all things.
